Hi I have installed Oracle 10g R2 on Windows Server 2003. The user which i have used to install the oracle software is administrator....Now i have created an windows user which is not members of administrators.
The problem si that when i login using this user i can't access the database the error is "Can't initialize OCI Error -1 "
Can anyone give me a hint?

Assign user ORADBA group and then try again.

Thnak's for reply DreazZ...my problem was that the user should not be a member of administrator neither oradba, there is a specific group that the user should be member of.
I found the solution: under the administrator OS user should give the following permission: Start -> Administrative Tools ->Local Security Policy -> User Rights Assignment -> Create global objects
