Hi all

I was creating a new tablespace and I got this error message

How can find out where we can specify MAX_no.of data table space.

Our server is HP_UX server version B11.23

Please suggest me.

Hi,

I think u should check

the initialization parameter "db_files"
& need to extend that limit.

Looking for your feedback
Good Luck!!!

Regards,

Sunny

in the init.ora file you can find that parameter.

Hi,
In addition of other member.
You should increase DB_FILES parameter.
and it is not modifiable so you have to
shutdown >>> edit init.ora >> create spfile from init.ora >>> startup
