I am able to insert a row in Oracle with special characters. When I view the record through web page the special characters appear properly.But, when I try to view the revord directly in oracle using sql ect, the special characters appers as a junk value.We are using UTF8 character set.Please let me know if I have to make some changes in the configuration.Thanks
