i am facing the following problem periodically in 8i server

FATAL ERROR IN TWO-TASK SERVER: error = 12571

I don't have any problem with network
I read a document :if the same error is occuring oftenly then we have to look in-depth rollback segments

i have 10 rollback segments with 4Mb optimal size
