Hi all

We are using Oracle 10g,
SGA size= 1000MB

Recently i have increased the size of the undo tablespace from 400MB to 800MB.

What kind of affect the above change will cause to the database.

UNDO_RETENTION is what matters in most of the cases.
It depends on your application and nothing to do with SGA size.
