Migrate from Oracle 7.3.4 to 9i or 10g [message #208048]

I want to migrate from oracle 7.3.4 to oracle 9i or 10g.Can you suggest which
is better?
For this all the applications , data , already running under oracle 7.3.4 must be converted to or migrated to run under new system.
The specs are as follows
no of tables 350
no of forms 300
no of pro C developments 150
total database 2GB

Can you tell me the step by step procedure to achieve the table , form ,pro c migration and module integration
and any new developments required?
this system is under
red hat linux 10 or fedora core 6.
oracle 9i database or 10 g
forms 9i or 10g
expecting prompt reply.

Seems like a big project....

Cant see why you shouldnt choose 10g at once..

Cant give you any step-by-step....you have the best knowledge of how your enviroment/applications perform.

-The database upgrade must be tested over and over again before going in production.
-There's a huge step between 7 and 10 which also will require some serious testing on how all your applications will work under 10g.
