Hello,

i must delete my sys.DBMS_UTILITY and now i want to recreate the Body for this package (prvtutil.plb). I cant compile this Library. How can i recover this package?

Logged in as SYS run the sql $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/dbmsutil.sql

this script if have excute, but there is no Body only the SPEC-Part
