In our HP AlphaServer we have oracle 9i rel 2 version is loaded. We have total 8 database. In a particular database we are unable to login as a normal user or as sysdba. after rebooting the server we can login. It happens around two times in day.

Pls. help me to get the solution

Have you checked your ALERT.LOG file for errors? Any trace files being written out? Any errors printed to the screen?
