when is 'REUSE' used ???

i observed it for SYSTEM TABLESPACE as well as TEMPORARY TABLESPACE .

does that mean that once SYSTEM TBS is full it will reuse it ??
thats strange.

Used when creating database/tablespace.
If the specified already exists in the physical location ,then overwrite it.

so if there was a old file it would re-use(overwrite) it ?
