Based on what consideration are the different errors influenced on.
Is it the ...
a) The OS block size
or
b) the Database block size
What should be taken into the consideration ??


For example, the scenarios to which the above pertain are :
1) When checkpoints occur (ie. the log_checkpoint interval time is based on OS or Database block size)
2) When errors pertaining to 'Unable extend by 240 in tablespace XYZ' (ie. the 240 pertains to OS or Database block size )
