Hi,
I've installed oracle 9i in my local m/c. For SYS & SYSTEM users I'm able to login into the DB using any incorrect password ( Null password is not allows me to login), but for regular users say for Scott, if i give incorrect password, I'm not allowed to login. Why this happens to SYS & SYSTEM users alone & how to overcome this ?
Clarify my doubts!!!

Thanks in advance,ponnilavan
