hi ,
i have increased my memory from 256 M to 1 gig.
i am running oracle 9i r1 on NT 4 .
how and what sort of increase in parameters (sga buffer cache, and PGA) would give me a better performance.
i am running a client server application with about 5 concurrent users. my DB size is arounf 1.5 gig

Do you have a performance problem now?
How exactly?

the performance is generally slower (but workably slower).
now that there is an increase in the memory can i have a better overall performance by increasing the SGA/PGA.
