Hi Oracle Gurus,

I have installed Oracle 9.0.1.1.1 on Win2000 Server. when i tried to
execute / compile a trigger starting with "CREATE TRIGGER triggername
" it executes smoothly, but when i tried to execute / recompile the
trigger with "CREATE OR REPLACE TRIGGER triggername" I have got "not
connected to oracle" ..... ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication
channel error and got disconnected automatically...

I can't found any trace files regarding it....

Again Need your kind attention and sparkling guidance..

hey,

Actually at this time i.e when u get error ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication - (Ora 9.0.1.1.1)---->>>>> you start new sqlplus session and try to connect to your database ...Smile i hope you will be able to connect. ...

Yes i can connect without any problem after getting disconnected. but there should be a way to control this abnormal response from the database..
