Good morning,
I need to get an HTTPS URL with UTL_HTTP package, in a PL/SQL procedure.
This requires to create a wallet with "Oracle Wallet Manager", but this app is not installed on the box.
It is not in Start Menu, nor on the ORACLE_HOME directory.
And I don't find this component on Oracle Universal Installer.
(Oracle RDBMS 10.1 Standard Edition on Windows 2003 Server).
So, how can I install Oracle Wallet Manager ?
