we r planing to migrate the 8.1.7 32 bit to 8.1.7 64 bit in solaris, our application is too old we can't go higher oracle version.... our db size approx 1TB..can we restore from cold backup and applying 64 bit scripts or exp/imp... pls suggest me including steps

As far as I understand, you only need to recompile your PL/SQL when the DB's word size changes. This can be done by running UTLIRP.SQL.
