installed BTS2004 on XP Pro on my colleagues workstation and SQL 2000
(SP3a) on my workstation. I gave all the privileges Now when running the
ConfigFramework.exe on her machine, I am
getting the foll. error:

"Failed to add biz_svc as a member of the SQL Role
RE_HOST_USERS in the Rule Engine database. You probably do
not have suffificient privileges to add an SQL login,
grant database access, or modify the role membership"

Here "biz_svc" is the user account under which I want BTS
to run. The user "biz_svc" is part of the Administrators
group. It is also part of the SysAdmin role in SQL Server.

Any ideas how to fix this issue??

HI

I think the message has been posted at wrong place. Better to put this in a forum dealing with SQL Server issues.
