Which tool should I use for loading data from Excel, text tab-separated and comma-separated files into tables?

But you need to install / undertand how this HTMLDB works.
what make you think sql*loader is useless?
For GUI interface, you can write one.. or GOOGLE for it. You may find ~!

I'm guessing, but enterprise manager may have an interface to it.

U can use toad -> SQL* Loader Wizard which is a GUI for cmdline sqlldr.
