Hi,
Is there a way I can allocate CPU resources per user? I know about cpu_per_session & cpu_per_call, but these both deal with time constraints. Is there anything else?
One of our clients recently ran into an issue with a rogue query that consumed all 4 of the machine's cpu's. To prevent this in the future, we'd like to limit the user's cpu resources. There are 2 instances running on this machine.
If I update the instance with the rogue query to: cpu_count=2, will this cause an issue if the other instance has the value: cpu_count=4?
