Dear frends,

I got the error when I am using .net application with use of oracle 9.0. We
have not received any error log for this error.just we got below message in
command prompt.

kgefec: fatal error 0
kgepop: no error frame to pop to for error 21503

We are unable to trace that is it database error or application error ? Also
We are trying hard to find the solution of this error.

Our configuration:

database ram : 1GB
appln server ram : 1GB
Database : oracle 9.0 on windows 2000 server.
application software : c++, .net

We are also using oracle spital in this module. We have also tried by
upgrading a ram up to 2Gb.

We are using Ado.net driver for connect with Oracle Database.

Please help me to rid out this error..

If this is a bug of oracle then please let me know where i have to report this bug..

error 21503 means that a program terminated with a fatal error. this is a bug which you can report to oracle via the iTAR in Metalink. You might need to patch your Oracle 9 but it's safer to post an iTAR first.
