Hello to everybody.
I've installed oracle 8i lite on win2000
I went to sqlplus to connect and it says "no listener"
I looked at services to start listener, but ididn't found any listener service!!!
Then i realize I DON'T HAVE THIS FILE!!! tnslsnr.exe
How is possible? and how can i start listener without this file?
Help me please.
Thanx :)

See Metalink Note 94484.1: Oracle Lite: Overview of the Differences between Oracle Server and Oracle Lite:

"Oracle Lite is designed for a single user, so there is no listener, nor SQL*Net for client connections. Oracle Lite only accepts local odbc connections."

Best regards.
