Even though we can get all db 'objects' from db_objects view.
But where does oracle maintain those objects which is created by 'package body' ?

In USER_/ALL_/DBA_ARGUMENTS you can find function and procedure definition within a package for the PUBLIC procedures (defined in spec. and body). Those only created in the body (i.e. for internal use in the package body only) will not show.
