All of a sudden my Oracle 9i Procedures are executing very slow. Yesterday some changed the TYPE defined so few dependent packages got invalidated. SO the defined was changed to the old one and the Invalid objects were recompiled but since then only Procedures are taking too much time (4 times more than previous)
I am in tremendous pressure to solve the problem please let me if anyone of u have any idea.
I checked the Indexes, Temp file space, Execution plan
and there wasnt any change all the valid and as expected. The application is 95% used for reporting purpose so there isnt much DMLs happening.

Its an update to my previuos msg..
i think i have sorce of problem...
Most of the time (90%) is taken in INSERTION TO GLOBAL TEMP TABLE.. till yesterday it was running fine but now.. its taking too much time
Please throw some light on it
