Sir,

From last few days the Oracle software installed at my server (OS Windows NT) is showing error message.

 " Fail to open resourse data base (aim.rdb)"

and connecting my computer to server the dispaly on computer is "Oracle error 1034)

It is requested please suggest me what is the problem and why is comes and also inform me how i correct this problem.

Looks like you didn;t start the required services.
