Hi all,
on my notebook Windows XP Professional - tried with and without ServicePack 2 - I can't create a database 9i with the assistant. The dialog comes up and if I click on NEXT the services.exe reserve 100% and the Assistant hangs up.
 
I spend a lot of time on that, but I couldn't solve the problem! Can anybody help??

PS.: Other Software on my Notebook uses sdk 1.4.2.02
