I have to upgrade our Oracle-DB (8.1.7). I have a Standby-DB on an other Server.
How can I upgrade the DB to 9i with a minimum of offline time?
Can I upgrade the Sdtby-DB first? Can a Oracle-9-DB read Oracle 9-Archivelogfiles? Or vice-versa?
