Hi Guys,
Our company is looking into buying a new reporting tool software. Currently we are using Webdb 2.0 which is not supported any more by Oracle.
We are looking at the following softwares Cogonos, Business Objects, Brio, Actuate, Crystal Reports.
Has anyone done a matrix on this softwares and found out which one is best. If you can point me to any website or have any documents that can give me a comparison matrix or suggestions on any tool to use. it will be of great help.
Requirments are:
1) We should be able to implement sql queries from webdb to new tools easily.
2) Should be web based.
3) More User friendly.
4) Should be able to load Metadata.
5) Should have Forms as webdb it.
6) Database is oracle 9i
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi ,
According to your query regarding buying of a reporting tool by your company, u have mentioned some reporting tools like Cognos, Business Objects, Actuate etc. But apart from them there is another reporting tool Known as Siebel Analytics which is also a very good reporting tool. Have a look at it. Bye
