Hi All,

I have a query regarding the init parameters in oracle. Our client is using the oracle version 8.0 and we are using 8.1.7. While creating the database (DB Creation SQL file is given by the client) we are facing several problems regarding the init parameters. Init parameters like

1.allow_partial_sn_results

2.backup_disk_io_slaves

3.log_small_entry_max_size

4.FREEZE_DB_FOR_FAST_INSTANCE_RECOVERY

were made obselete in 8.1.7. But these are in version 8.0.

what kind of issues we might face in the future? Is there is any workaround for this?
