hi
i have a problem with oracle 9i that
the server is shuttingdown after that the service of oracle doesn't startup.
I changed the sqlnet from NTS to NON and restart the server.
but nothing happened.
Do u have any solution.

First check the alert logs and trace logs. It displays the reason,
sqlnet.ora file is not related to shutting down.
