Hi all!
Could any plz let me know how to use "csscan.exe" in oracle home as i have to convert the character set to UTF8. While running csscan at the command prompt i am getting:

Character set migration utility schema not installedScanner terminated unsuccessfully.

character set encoding for my database is WE8MSWIN1252.
and my database is running on oracle91/win2000

At first you must to install csscan. See documentation on how to use this utility at otn.oracle.com

In Oracle9 csminst.sql needs to be run 'as sysdba'.
This is a mistake in the notes in the csminst.sql script.

See Note:232242.1 on Metaflink for detail.
