Hello, people - is anyone having issues with Support today? I'm finding it really slow, having to login repeatedly, windows coming up blank. Is it just me, or is there a general problem?
I did wonder if it could be related to where I am, there is a massive storm hitting parts of the Isle of Wight today: trees blown over, power cuts, and so on. Though where I live, it is actually quite nice at the moment.

Ah, right. Speaking of Windows, for me there's an issue applying the latest RU and OJVM. The prereq check for the 19.21 BP fails because of a conflict with 19.20 OJVM, and tells you to raise a TAR requesting a merge patch of 35354406 and 35681552. So I did that, and have this response:

>Startup the database in upgrade mode

>Apply the OCT 2023 Database bundle patch 35681552
>Apply the OCT 2023 OJVM bundle patch 35648110
>Startup the database in upgrade mode and execute the "datapatch -verbose" to perform the post patch installation of OJVM followed by Database bundle patch.
>Execute the "utlrp.sql" on the database to validate any invalid objects on the database.

"known issue"???? So why didn't they mention this in the readme?
I can't see why he is saying to run datapatch with the DB open upgrade, surely upgrade mode hasn't been needed for a few releases now.

I had this issue for almost all first RUs in any 12.2.* (12.2, 18, 19) versions so now I systematically first rollback the previous OJVM patch before applying the DB bundles and OJVM upgrades without checking if there is a conflict or not.
