Can anyone get me a suitable statement to get the ten largest tables in my prd99 database which has more than a thousand tables and the corresponding pctincrease, pctfree, next, initial,owner and table_name

I think you can use the view USER_SEGMENTS or SYSTEM_TABLES. There could be something similar to that a DBA has access to, where USER_NAME is a column.
