I have an ASP.NET application published on a windows server that used to connect to an Oracle 11g database in a unix server.

Sudenly my application is not connecting anymore and presents the message ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name

When I try to connect to database in the same server using sqlplus with the same user, password the sql plus connects ok.

What is the problem?
